Truffle lovers and foodies are invited to indulge in fresh black truffles at Pullman Bangkok Grande Sukhumvit's signature restaurant Tapas Vino, from Now to June 2019. From entree to dessert, Tapas Vino will freshly shave this gourmet gem on each dish to make every culinary creation sing.

The epicurean experience features a lush array of limited-edition dishes that shine the spotlight on black truffles, the diamond of the kitchen. The main highlight would definitely be the handcrafted ravioli (THB 390++) which is made from scratch. Each of these delicate Italian dumplings is filled with spinach and ricotta and drizzled with an aromatic browned butter sauce. Topped with shaved truffles, these cheese-filled ravioli boasts irresistible toasted and nutty flavours. The seasonal menu also includes buttery finger toast with artichoke paste and truffles (THB 390++), marbled wagyu carpaccio topped with truffles (THB 750++), wagyu ribeye with truffle perigourdine sauce (THB 1,900++) and luscious truffle-infused ice cream (THB 60++ per scoop).
