Dusit Thani Pattaya successfully received ISO 14001:2015 certification – an international standard for the environmental management system (EMS) within an organisation, and the hotel, led by Mr Neoh Kean Boon, General Manager, remains committed to continuous improvement in all aspects of its sustainability efforts as an eco-friendly hotel.

The ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System is a systematic framework to manage the immediate and long-term environmental impacts of an organisation's products, services, and processes.
In April, Dusit Thani Pattaya participated in MICE Sustainability Thailand, led by the Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB).
