UNO MAS Executive Chef Sandro Aguilera and the rest of his team are launching an updated "Iberian Grand Pilgrimage" menu – a selection of fine-dining dishes designed to give you an authentic taste of Spain's rich and diverse cuisine.

Positioned on the 54th floor of Centara Grand at CentralWorld, guests can enjoy this special menu at UNO MAS's semi-alfresco dining deck every day from 18.00 to 22.00 hrs. until December 2019.
As part of the Iberian Grand Pilgrimage, you can choose between tasting menus comprising six, eight or ten plates, priced at THB 2,555++, THB 2,955++ and THB 3,255++ respectively.

These flexible menus give you the option of choosing different courses from three "stages", Stage one BIKINI Pork Belly, Black Truffle, Goat Cheese, Pata Negra Ham. OCTOPUS Galician Octopus Tentacles, Tomato Bread Crumble and GREEN TREE "Piquillo" Pepper Sherbet, Late Summer Flower. Stage two CRAB Heart of Palm, Beetroot Tartare, Butter Milk. SNAPPER "A La Plancha" Dried Capsicum, Young Wild and Black Garlic. TURBOT Carrot Three Ways. TRADITIONAL OCEAN AND LAND Denia Prawn " Txistorra Caldoso" Rice, White Corn, Black Truffle. LAMB Pyrenees Lamb Loin, Charred Vegetable Reduction, Savoury Toffee. BEEF 120 Hour Roasted Wagyu, Endive, Crispy Pulled Beef. Final stage GIN & TONIC Mahon Gin & Tonic, Cucumber & Lime Sorbet, Torched Meringue. CHOCOLATE Lingot, Cocoa Bubble, Almond Cream.

To make it an even more memorable night here above the city, opt for UNO MAS's additional wine pairing, with reds and whites from the Continent served with each course – starting from an additional THB 1,555++ for the 6-plate menu up to an additional THB 1,955++ for the largest 10-plate option.
