The World's Executive Chef Sandro Aguilera and his team have curated our Sunday selections carefully; you can expect everything from familiar comfort food, like fresh pizza and Thai favorites, to more delicate flavors from our seafood-on-ice counter or Japanese station.
An exciting addition to The World's new Sunday Brunch for 2020 is the chance to try some signature dishes from the hotel's array of restaurants, including:
- Red Sky Rooftop Bar and Restaurant plus CRU Champagne Bar (French bistro)
- UNO MAS (Spanish & Mediterranean)
- Dynasty (Chinese & Asian fusion)
- Zing (Bakery & Pastry shop)
Another favorite for our Sunday Brunch is our carving station, particularly for the carnivores; we have freshly sliced roast beef, suckling pork or duck. and for the vegetarians out there? Don't worry – you can expect much more than just salads… we have you covered with a large range of tasty vegetarian options at most of our international food stations.
Other additions include Indian, Japanese, and Thai dishes, not forgetting our sumptuous seafood on ice selections like Alaskan king crab, Maine lobster, shrimps, clams and fresh oysters.
Our brunch is also kid-friendly! Little ones up to 3-years-old eat for free and 4 to 11-year-olds get 50% off.
