AC Biode from University of Cambridge wins SCG Bangkok Business Challenge @ Sasin 2020

SCG and Sasin School of Management recently announced the winner of the SCG Bangkok Business Challenge @Sasin 2020, Asia's longest-running global student startup competition. AC Biode from the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom, was awarded the grand prize of H.M. the King's Award and a cash prize of US$20,000. ReNew from Sasin School of Management, Thailand, was the first runner-up and received a cash prize of US$5,000. Mycobuild from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, won the H.R.H. Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn's Sustainability Award with a cash prize of US$8,000.

This year, SCG Bangkok Business Challenge @Sasin 2020 was held online for the first time in history with the theme, “Innovating Ideas into Sustainable Ventures”. The competition was also sponsored by KASIKORNBANK and Victor and saw a record number of first-round participants: 208 teams representing 83 institutions from 24 countries across 6 continents around the world.
