Indorama Ventures Hands over Fabric Face Masks to BMA’s Garbage Collectors and Staff

Indorama Ventures Public Company Limited (IVL) has recently provided 1,000 fabric face masks to garbage collectors and staff of the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) to reduce their risk of infection and increase their safety while performing their duties. This donation was accepted on behalf of the BMA by Mr. Somwang Chaiprakraiwan, Director of Central Administration, General Affairs Division of the BMA. The fabric face masks are made from the company’s CoolVision(R) polypropylene fibers, which are antibacterial and minimize the smells that may occur after using the mask, providing comfort and durability. The company continues its production of high quality fibers for the manufacture of personal protective equipment with an aim to contribute to preventive measures against the COVID-19 pandemic.
