LINE Corporation, owner and operator of the free call and messaging app LINE, announces that it has teamed up with GMM MUSIC in Thailand to add almost 50,000 songs to its on-demand music subscription service LINE MUSIC, making it the largest subscription provider of Thai music. LINE also announces that LINE MUSIC has now exceeded more than five million downloads in four and a half months after its launch.

LINE MUSIC was launched on May 21, 2015. After launch, LINE has continually worked with music labels in Thailand to add new music content to the app, ever expanding its catalog of both Thai and international music.
Users can connect and log into LINE MUSIC through their LINE account, and can share music through the LINE app chat screen to friends and groups, or even share music on their Timeline. Users can also download music for offline listening, and the LINE MUSIC app will automatically save recently played songs in its cache, allowing users to replay songs without worrying about using their mobile device's data plan. LINE MUSIC is also available in a browser version, allowing convenient access to the service with either a phone or PC using a single account.
The LINE MUSIC app can be downloaded for free on both iOS and Android, 30-days free trial and 30-second song samples are available free-of-charge. Unlimited plans that allow users to enjoy full tracks cost 60 baht for 30 days.
