Gyproc announces Gyproc Mobile Application to strengthen digital and tech-based pioneer in the Thai gypsum industry

Thai Gypsum Products Public Company Limited, the manufacturer of gypsum innovations over 45 years and of the leading brand "Gyproc," is officially launching the second phase of its Gyproc application/website revamp and refocus on digital communications. Gyproc Digital Evolution introduces Gyproc's response to new trends in consumer demand, transforming it into the leading digital/tech-based pioneer in the Thai gypsum industry. Gyproc's revised digital assets combined with its use of e-tools for communication with customers solidifies the shift to a tech-based industry leader.

Gyproc was the first gypsum manufacturer in Thailand to launch a bespoke app to provide interactive services for property developers, construction professionals and upwardly mobile homeowners on the go. Gyproc Mobile Application raised the Gyproc customer experience to an industry-leading level, offering a convenient way to browse, plan projects, receive news on new solutions, and stay connected with Gyproc's team of experts. It also brought fast access to the full catalogue of Gyproc products and solutions, as well as checking retailer locations on the fly. The app will be streamlined and visually improved whilst new modules serve many new functions as part of Phase 2's makeover. The application is available on Apple iPhone and Android devices and can be downloaded for free by searching for 'GyprocTH' in the App Store or the Google Play Store.

Specific upgrades to the Gyproc App include FAQs Module, support for Thai and English languages, content push notification, Calculation Module enhancement and offline support to mask weak or slow connections. A newer more attractive appearance with a 'modern, neat and clean' look will provide access to more information about market sectors, user-friendly functionality cross-device, more product showcases, reference projects, sustainability features and so forth.
