The bulk of the Thai population, experienced the internet for the first time during the 4G age - through smartphones; leading them to be highly active on social media and chat applications such as Messenger. Little do they know, that the internet is much bigger than the world of Facebook, YouTube, and Line. The boom of Thai ecommerce, also came through this age - lots of 'merchants' started popping up on social media - and decided to sell through chat-based channels; sparking a chat-commerce centric business model. Thai eCommerce did not develop into a transactional based business - via complex shopping carts; and websites for most merchants, and buyers - unlike developed countries.

This lead to a massive problem for merchants - to sell their products to buyers who are highly demanding, and online almost all the time; they have to be glued to their smartphone, or computer screen. Most are unable to keep up with the sheer volume of daily chats, and Facebook comments on their business pages - some of these pages have millions of followers!

During the end of last year, TouchCore released an innovative, yet very simple solution for this problem: OneChat. OneChat automatically, and seamlessly handles all Facebook comments, Incoming Messages for merchants; which takes less than 3 minutes to setup. This has reduced page response times for merchants, helped increased sales, and even improved their livelihood.

Akharavat Sethichawlakul, CEO of TouchCore - who has over 18 years of e-commerce experience both globally and locally said that OneChat is being used by over 2,000 users and handles approximately 250,000 chats and comments daily, since it launch. Customers included are online business owners, offline retail shops, restaurants, hotels, car dealerships, and even fortune tellers and monks ! Seems like OneChat is a product, for every business.

The features of OneChat at this stage include unlimited random natural responses, photo replies, and even an AI system to matches keywords automatically. With new features released almost bi-weekly; the roadmap looks very promising to us.

The young executive told us that TouchCore's long term plan is help automate commerce - through use of technology in Thailand, and nearby regions. The company also does private white label, and customised solutions to state and private organisations. TouchCore's future plan include simple automated purchase systems, tight integration with cloud-warehouse services, offline and online distribution management systems; and ePayment services using blockchain technology. Their goal is not to replace humans, but create a seamless hybrid solution - that helps business improve their process, while yet providing their customers with top-quality services. The policy is right along Thailand's 4.0 initiative, to use innovative solutions

f entrepreneurs, or current businesses are facing such obstacles - they are free to try OneChat for 30 days, without any condition. As long as you have a Thailand phone number - you can easily sign up at www.onechat.ai For more information regarding their services you can contact sales@touchcore.co
