OutSystems , provider of the number one low-code development platform, today announced Digital Transformation Now , the largest global event series for digital transformation and low-code development. The event series, specifically designed for IT leaders, IT architects, and developers, will kick off this week in Asia Pacific, starting with Bangkok on March 20. The regional leg will feature real-life customer stories of how companies are building low-code digital factories and accelerating their business innovation with low-code development.

"Two of the biggest roadblocks that technology leaders face in today's business environment are speed to market and the ability to scale ," said Mark Weaser, Vice President, Asia Pacific, OutSystems. "These regional roadshows provide businesses, customers and partners an opportunity to tackle business problems and catalyse innovation with their own low-code digital factories."

Designed for IT leaders, IT architects, and developers, the event series delivers a unique combination of real-life industry examples and practical hands-on workshops. For IT leaders, session tracks include a step-by-step approach to designing and launching a low-code digital factory and how low-code can accelerate an organisation's digital transformation. For architects and developers, the events feature a "hack day" where attendees will get their hands dirty with new approaches to building enterprise applications at incredible speed.

Business Online, provider of local and global, online and offline business information, consulting services and database management will share how they cut application development time from 18 months to 5 months using OutSystems platform.

"We are excited to be part of this event, and to share how we accelerated our digital transformation with OutSystems low-code platform", said Johnny Kiatnuntavimon, Chief Operating Officer, Business Online.
