Canon has unveiled a new mirrorless interchangeable-lens camera, EOS M50, equipped with the latest technologies to deliver supreme performance and satisfy users' requirements. Its features include 4K movie shooting functions, 3.5-mm external microphone input terminal and high-resolution built-in electronic viewfinder. The camera has been high on the wish list of many shutterbugs and now it has officially landed in Thailand.

The EOS M50 is lightweight, compact, easy to use and compatible with many interchangeable lenses. Offering significantly improved features and uncompromised quality, the camera is ideal for high-quality still photo and video shooting, thanks to the 4K movie shooting feature, 24.1-megapixel APS-C CMOS sensor, Dual Pixel CMOS AF system supporting a maximum of 143 AF points and DIGIC 8 image processor. It also comes with 2.36-million-dot OLED electronic viewfinder, continuous shooting of 7.4 fps and vari-angle LCD touchscreen.

Catering to the needs of users who love live broadcast and digital filming, the EOS M50 supports 4K UHD movie shooting at 24p and slow-motion VDO recording at 120p with HD resolution. Its 4K frame cropping function allows you to select a portion of the 4K video to create a high-resolution still image, all in camera. The vari-angle capacitive touchscreen LCD monitor facilitates shooting from various high and low angles, with the Touch and Drag AF feature enabling users to choose where to focus without the need to look away from the viewfinder.

The EOS M50 also provides connectivity via Wi-Fi, NFC and Bluetooth. Images and videos can be automatically transferred via Wi-Fi to a smartphone right after shooting (using the Canon Camera Connect app), as well as being uploaded to social network sites like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube directly from the camera. You can connect the camera to Wi-Fi-compatible computers to transfer images and for remote shooting (using the EOS Utility software). The camera also supports HDR TV Output connection for heightened image viewing experience.
