Launch BUTLER a one-stop service platform for juristic persons-residents, Aiming to be the No.1 Urban Tech in Asia

Digital Butler Co Ltd launches 'BUTLER', a community management software and application, to solve the pain points for residential jurisitic persons and connect residents to services that make their living easier. At the same time, it is ambitious to become Asia's Number 1 Urban Tech in next few years.

Mr. Warakon Veerapatcha, Chief Executive Officer of Digital Butler Co Ltd (BUTLER), said the company has developed an application and software, called 'BUTLER', which works as a community management platform to solve the problems and provide convenience to residential juristic persons and residents.

"We've noticed that residential juristic persons have faced several pain points in their management due to their workloads and details that need following up. Meanwhile, residents also have their pain points as they are served with slow or incomplete services from juristic persons and lack of interaction with their own community and juristic persons. Therefore, we have developed the community management platform to solve those pain points and provide convenience to both sides so that they can manage and live their lives easily by using one app," said Mr.Warakon.

However, the development of BUTLER's platform is divided into 3 phases. Phase 1: Property Management Platform for residential juristic persons under the 'BUTLER PROPERTY MANAGEMENT PLATFORM' brand. This software will connect juristic persons, residents, staffs and our partners' services together. The platform helps manage juristic persons' internal activities such as common space management, budgeting, utilities cost alert, maintenance services, communication with residents, staff management and its partners' services management. This platform has been informally launched since June 2018.

Phase 2 : Community and Society Management Platform For Residents. Via this application, users can connect to juristic persons, surrounding communities and all services including housemaid, laundry, house maintenance, car maintenance, car rental, shopping, food delivery from restaurants in their community and other areas. This application is scheduled for launch in October.

Phase 3 : Build a full version of a community ecosystem and management platform. The company will continuously form partnership with startups, community shops and financial institutions so that users can access all services in community including making payment via application conveniently. Besides, the company will create Community Media, a medium platform for residents to commucate and exchange their products and services.

"When we have developed all three phases, we will be able to create 3C for users. 3C means 1. Connect – to connect business and local community together 2. Convenience – to provide convenience for both juristic persons and residents and 3. Create – to create new opportunity, new community and new society. We have not worked alone and we have not developed this platform to compete with anyone. Instead, we will work together with our partners in various businesses such as logistics, maintenance services and retailers for the sake of our users," said Mr.Warakon.

Mr. Warakon added the company has tightened up with many partners such as Seekster, Fixzy, Helpdee, Betagro, JP Insurance, and it always opens up for new partners in various businesses and services.

The company targets to have 500 juristic persons use its products and get no less than 100,000 downloads from users by end of this year. Within two years, it plans to scale up and expand its operation in Southeast Asia by partnering with local entrepreneurs in each country such as Property Management Companies, Property Developers and Service Providers. After the year 2020, the company targets to develop and grow its service across Asia and become the Number One Urban Tech in the region.
