Synology's localization initiative set to boost brand awareness and drive growth in 2018

Synology(R) Inc., one of the world's leading NAS providers, launched its Thai website today. The move is part of a wider initiative to support the market with localized content in order to optimize the experience for users and to help drive brand awareness within the country.

The new website offers localized marketing materials and focused support to provide Synology's customers with greater accessibility to both products and service. The Thai website will make all content and information fully comprehensible for local users, providing a greater experience and creating more awareness around the brand amongst Thai users. A dedicated on-the-ground sales and marketing team, including native Thai staff, is in place to further optimize the experience and reinforce the brand's position within the market.

We've been bolstered by impressive year-on-year growth rates within the country of an average of and, with our new, localized website further strengthening the support we offer, we're predicting a leap in revenue this year, positioning us as a powerful player in the Thai market," says Mike Chen, Marketing Director of Synology.

Synology's sales have already shown healthy growth within Thailand. Driven by the storage demand from the local market it has grown by an average of 20 percent each year since 2015. With this new investment in the market, Synology predicts a further revenue increase of 50 percent within Thailand for 2018.
