The Association of Thai Software Industry (ATSI) has reaffirmed its roles, missions, and strategies in accelerating the Thai software industry, emphasizing mainly on digital transformation and technological innovation, being prompt to move forward with its 'Change Agent' vision evolved for greater development of ecosystems, people transformation, and digital workforce. The ATSI has also prepared to promote enhanced competency and professionalism of personnel in the business and education sectors to be in line with the government's national development strategies. With the collaboration of various strategic partners, Thailand Software Fair 2018 will be organized on November 29, 2018 during 08:30 am.-06:00 pm., at C-Asean, 10th floor of CW Tower.

Mr. Tinnakorn Laoraovirot, President of the ATSI, expressed that Thailand Software Fair 2018 aims at demonstrating splendid achievement of software applications developed to highly satisfy business entrepreneurs targeted by the government and the industrial sector. The event will provide entrepreneurs with greater knowledge and information on efficient utilization of online applications and software programs, particularly to keep pace with the Thailand 4.0 policy. At the same time, Thai software developers are offered a great opportunity to present their selected masterpieces to their target groups from both public and private sectors.

Scheduled on November 29, 2018, the opening ceremony will be presided over by H.E. Air Chief Marshal Dr. Prajin Jantong, Deputy Prime Minister, who has been honored to deliver a keynote speech titled 'The Power of Thai Software towards Digital Economy'. On the same day, more keynote speeches will be given by notable guest speakers, for instance, Mr. Mechai Viravaidya, President of the Population & Community Development Association and President of Mechai Pattana School, will deliver a speech on a new way of Thai education in rural areas supported by ATSI's assistance on applied software technology, Mr. Vikrom Kromadit, CEO of Amata Corporation PCL and President of the Amata Foundation will talk about Amata Corporation's Industry 4.0 leap, Dr. Nattapol Nimmanphatcharin, President and CEO of the Digital Economy Promotion Agency (DEPA), has been expected to discuss about DEPA and manpower development towards the 21st century, Mr. Navachai Kiartkorkuaa, Head of Enterprise Marketing Management Unit of Advanced Wireless Network Co., Ltd., will unveil facts on SME Digital Transformation by AIS, Mr. Jessada Vanichsampan, Director of Software Business Development of Internet Thailand Public Company Limited (INET), will offer his business insights on e-Tax Invoice and Business Transformation of Thai SMEs, and Mr. Kriengkrai Suthinarathorn, Executive Director of the ATSI, will provide constructive ideas on Return on Investment (ROI) and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) plus Business ROI Showcase in action.

Ms. Yuwadee Saekoay, Secretary-General of the ATSI, added that Thailand Software Fair 2018 obtains excellent collaboration from strategic partners from both public and private sectors. The event will unveil basic software technology and innovation, evolved by Thai software developers, for all types of business. Excellent software programs vary in Digital Transformation Solution for SMEs by AIS, e-Tax Invoice and Business Transformation for SMEs by INET, and solutions for SME financing with special interest rates by SME Bank. The event also offers a special campaign for SMEs to receive a special discount of up to 10,000 baht for purchasing a software program as part of the DEPA Mini-Transformation Voucher project, valued a total of 4 million baht. Meanwhile, Leadership Digital Entrepreneur's role models will also be introduced in this event.
