Mr. Somchai Lertsutiwong, Chief Executive Officer AIS and Mr. James Wu, President of Huawei's Southeast Asia, collaborate as a strategic on the occasion of Prince of Songkla University at Hat Yai campus and NBTC, with AIS to do 5G test in the concept of "Smart City Smart Connected Car" that has been successful, which can take results from the experiment test to develop services to enhance the management of the city according to the goal.

Mr. Somchai said, "We have been continuously cooperating with Huawei since 1999. AIS will work together to share world-class technology and R&D knowledge with Huawei to develop digital services in all parts of IT, Network, Value Added Services, Fixed Broadband, Device, IoT and the latest is 5G that has been well tested together, along with bringing the results of study to answer the 5G development in the future according to the goal."

AIS is going to drive the adoption of Huawei's 5G technology to enhance the digital capabilities of Thailand, bringing the world-class digital services and innovations for Thais to experience continuously.
