Meet the New Team at Biscotti, Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok

Wednesday 15 June 2011 12:14
Daniele Cason is a young and talented chef from Italy who joins Biscotti from Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence, where he was head Italian chef for the flagship Seasons restaurant.

Before Egypt, Daniele had been chef and patron of Il Tino, a tiny restaurant in Rome, and before that he had been head chef at the Detroit Restaurant in London.

Daniele, who trained in Rome, has also worked for several of Italy’s Michelin-starred restaurants, and promises us an exciting journey through the newest and also the more traditional tastes of Italy.

Joining Biscotti as restaurant manager is John McCosh, who hails from South Africa and who is very familiar with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, having worked at Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire, Four Seasons Hotel Canary Wharf, Four Seasons Resort Jackson Hole, and Four Seasons Hotel Boston.

Previous to joining Biscotti, John had taken a sabbatical to gain his Masters in Business Administration at the University of Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, and is now looking forward to once again being part of the restaurant business.

With two new young professionals heading up the ever-successful Biscotti we shall be seeing some new creations appearing on the menu, alongside the time-honoured favourites.
