Minor International is pleased to announce that it was recognized with six prestigious awards by the 2011 South East Asia Property Awards and 2011 Thanachart Bank Thailand Property Awards for the group’s overall strength in Thailand as well as its luxury residential properties: The Residences at The St. Regis Bangkok and Residences at Four Seasons Chiang Mai. As one of Thailand’s largest hospitality and leisure companies, Minor International continues to set a new standard for luxury development in the region, garnering numerous awards for their Asian properties.

In the Thanachart Bank Thailand Property Awards 2011, Minor International is recognized as the Best Developer in Thailand. The Residences at the St. Regis Bangkok received awards for the Best Condominium Development in Thailand and Best Interior Design in South East Asia by the South East Asia Property Awards in addition to the Best Luxury Condominium Development in Bangkok by the Thanachart Bank Thailand Property Awards. The Residences at Four Seasons Chiang Mai was awarded Best Residential Development in Chiang Mai by the Thanachart Bank Thailand Property Awards. Brennan Beer Gorman Architects, New York; Plan Architect Co., Ltd., Thailand also won the award for Best Residential Interior Design for their work on The Residences at The St. Regis Bangkok.
