Menu items include: KurobutaChashu (Black Pork Belly Ham with Soy Ginger Sauce, Julienned Japan Onion, Mustard), KurobutaYuanyaki (Pan Grilled Soy Marinated Black Pork Chop with Lemon Butter Sauce), and many other delectable food choices.
