Opening Ceremony of Central Festival Phuket’s 8th Anniversary Celebration

On Saturday 8th September 2012, Deputy Governor of Phuket - Mr Jamroen Thipayapongthada presided over the opening ceremony of Central Festival Phuket’s “International Food & Seafood Festival 2012” event, being held to celebrate their 8th Anniversary. The event runs until 12th September 2012.

Saturday’s opening ceremony saw a number of Thai celebrities feature in a special “Under the Sea” themed fashion show; they included the actor Great Warinthorn, actress Kimberry and supermodels Khem Rujira, Jeed Sangthong & Nuch Neeranat. There was also a performance from Leng Rachanikorn, the recently announced winner of the nationwide 2012 Thailand's Got Talent TV show.

The store has been decorated in line with the theme of the event and popular local restaurants and restaurants from luxury 5 star hotels including Blue Elephant, Silk Bar & Restaurant, Catch Beach Club, Kantok, Ratri Italian Restaurant, Sala Bua, Cucina, Boathouse, Kan Eang@pier, Dae Jung Kum and more are providing a variety of delightful cuisines at the fabulous “International Food & Seafood Festival 2012.”
