Chef Ham’s Pyrenean Lamb Menu

D’Sens restaurant, one of Bangkok’s most innovative fine-dining restaurants, will this month showcase premium Pyrenean Lamb on a mouth-watering menu carefully crafted by Chef Christian Ham. The new menu, which will be available for a limited time only, will surely complement the exotic range of dishes already available at the award-winning restaurant.

Chef Ham’s mesmerising menu will be available between 20th — 30th April only, and includes Pyrenean Milk Lamb Leg Carpaccio with Royal Project Vegetable Terrine and Creamy Garlic Dressing; Pyrenean Milk Lamb Shoulder Comfit and Clear Soup with Tomato Cannelloni and Tarragon Toast; and Pyrenean Milk Lamb Chop roasted with Thyme, Stuffed Sweet Onion with Artichoke and Duck Liver with a Port Wine Sauce.
