Shangri-La Hotel, Tokyo announces a new accommodation package, “Exclusive Personal Shopper,” featuring a personalized shopping service in Tokyo for its valued guests, with an optional extra-special shopping excursion. This is a one-stop shopping service including transport arrangements, hotel delivery and an interpretation service to give guests the most personalised and hassle-free shopping experience. The package is available from 1 June 2013 until 30 December 2013, and costs from ?46,000 for a Deluxe Room (based on one room for two people for one night’s stay, service charges and tax not included).

The package offers guests a two-hour personalized shopping service in Takashimaya Tokyo, Japan's world-famous upmarket department store. Benefits include a personal interpreter / shopping assistant and complimentary beverage at the store’s tea salon. Interpretation service is available in English and Chinese. Moreover, items purchased will be directly delivered to the guestroom. These services come complimentary and the package also includes a ride in one of the hotel’s limousines to and from Takashimaya.

Optional services include three hours’ use of the hotel limousine. Guests can also choose to visit luxury retail outlets in Omotesando — many of which are architectural gems, such as Louis Vuitton, Cartier, Chaumet, Prada, Dior, Gucci, Omotesando Hills and more — or in Ginza, the world-renowned luxury-shopping district. Alternatives include Akihabara for electric products, animation products and Japanese subculture items, or Shibuya, which is famous as one of the fashion centres in Japan as well as for its iconic scramble crossing in front of one of the world’s busiest railway stations.
