The special Mother’s Day sharing set menu at L’Appart is just 1,900++ per person and mother dines free when accompanied by a minimum of 2 paying adults.
On Mother’s Day, his creative menu of French cuisine inspired by Asia will include:
Starters:
“French onion soup, comte cheese and crunchy walnut bread”
”Canadian lobster in two ways Young cress salad and comfit tomatoes”
”Burgundy escargot raviole, garlic espuma, parsley foam and croutons ”
“Rougie” foie gras duo, pan fried and marble terrine red wine jellyand Tonka beans, figs and grape chutney”
Main course:
”Pan fried snow fish, with cauliflower mousseline,favored Madras curry, virgin sauce and meuniere butter cloud”
”Slow cooked chicken breast stuffed with goat cheese comfit zucchiniand organic tomatoes from the Royal project”
Pan fried lamb fillet, stuffed with zucchini and apricot black olives creamy polenta.
