The perfect sundowner or a sophisticated accompaniment to an evening of swinging jazz, each mix is an evocative meeting of east and west that breathes new life into the drink known as the King of Cocktails.
With due respect for the Martini’s lineage which can be traced back to the 1850s, the bartenders’ recipes use premium quality spirits and Vermouth enhanced by a carefully chosen selection of indigenous fruits, flowers and herbs.
The Living Room’s new Martini menu includes the Jasmine Martini, an enticing cocktail with a heady scent of Thai hom mali or jasmine flowers. Guests can also enjoy the Roselle Cosmo Martini, a blushing pink blend made using dried kra jiab flowers, and the Thai Basil Colada Martini. There are also fruit flavored Martinis such as the delicate Lychee Rose Martini and Banana Martini, all at just Baht 290++ per glass.
