Photo Release: THAI holds Customer Satisfaction Survey (TCCS) Lucky Draw

Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI) recently held a lucky draw to select winners from survey response submitted by passengers on board THAI flights.

As part of the company’s goal to continuously offer the highest satisfaction to passengers, since 1997, THAI has conducted quarterly surveys of passengers on all routes, in all classes of service, and on the service experience throughout their journey – from ticket reservation, to onboard experience, to arrival at their destination. The survey greatly assists THAI in identifying areas of customer approval and offers some insight to a better understanding of customer needs and areas of improvements.

From the onboard and online survey responses received from passengers who flew with THAI in 2014, THAI recently held a one-time lucky draw for each month, with each month’s winner receiving two free confirmed Economy Class round trip tickets for travel within the THAI route net from/to Bangkok, Thailand.

Winners of the THAI Customer Satisfaction Survey (TCSS) are announced on www.thaiairways.com and in the inflight magazine Sawasdee, May 2015 issue.
