Crystal Lagoons, a high innovative multinational company that develops limitless-size sustainable crystal clear lagoons worldwide and brings the world's top amenity of the future to the first mega project in Thailand - the bespoke MahaSamutr, Hua Hin's Private Country Club and exclusive luxury villa project, speeds up sales and raises the per square meter value in any real estate development with its disruptive technology. For instance, Dubai's "Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City" is currently selling the Emirate's most expensive units due to addition of a crystalline lagoon designed by the multinational company.

With prices ranging from US$ 7.500 per square meter and luxurious villas that can easily go up to US$ 12 million each, these figures set a brand new record in this area of the UAE. This mega-project is being developed by Crystal Lagoons in partnership with a joint venture composed by Meydan Group – Dubai's government real estate arm, linked to the local monarchy – and Sobha, India's most important real estate company.

The development will have a 40-hectare mega crystalline lagoon, which will represent Crystal Lagoons' third Guinness World Record. This gigantic lagoon will spread over seven kilometers and it will be surrounded by white sand beaches and walking paths. The surroundings will feature exuberantly green landscapes that will look like a true oasis.

The mega lagoon will also be surrounded by corporate towers, industrial parks, sport facilities, a public part larger than London's Hyde Park, water parks, the "Meydan Mall" –the world's largest-, over 100 hotels and 1500 new super luxury residential condominiums, with housing prices ranging between US$ 4 million and US$ 12 million. The project will also break other five world records: the highest residential tower, the longest indoor ski slope, the highest 360-degree observation deck, the highest restaurant, and the largest dancing fountain.

Al Kheyat Meydan Group' CEO said "It's not just a residential community we are building but a full-fledged destination in itself". The first stage of the lagoon is already operational. Once finished, it will play a central role in the connectivity of the mega-project.

"The Middle East and Northern Africa represent a huge opportunity for Crystal Lagoons when investment in touristic infrastructure keeps growing. Our technology is a novel concept and a comparative advantage so powerful that is causing a revolution in the tourism and real estate regional market, as it has already happened in every single market where the company has been present", states Carlos Salas, Crystal Lagoons' Regional Director for the Middle East. Up until now, the multinational company totalizes more than 40 projects in different development stages in the Middle East, in countries such as the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, among others.

MahaSamutr and Bintan Treasure Bayin Indonesia join Crystal Lagoons' worldwide portfolio of more than 300 projects in 60 countries.
