Comprising 50 Shop Houses and 236 Residences, the development will occupy a prime location by the newly built Clock Tower overlooking the Ha Long Bay UNESCO World Heritage site. The hotel will feature two swimming pools including one for kids, a spa with massage therapies and a fitness centre, along with a Jacuzzi and whirlpool. To showcase the international heritage of the company, Swiss-Belhotel Suites and Residences Ha Long Bay will also have a dedicated boutique to feature Swiss culture and products.
