SINGAPORE--25 Oct--PRNewswire/InfoQuest

Hertz Asia is celebrating after having been recently named the Best Car Rental Company for the third year in a row at the Travel Weekly Asia Readers' Choice Awards, as well as having been once again recognised with the TTG Travel Awards Hall of Fame honour.

Hertz Asia has achieved the highest recognition in the Car Rental Category since the inception of the Travel Weekly Asia Readers' Choice Awards, which celebrate the travel operators who are superior performers. This year's awards were held earlier this week (Monday 23rd October) at Mandarin Orchard, Singapore with the theme of 'saluting brilliance'.

Hertz Asia's exceptional service offering was also recognised at the 28th Annual TTG Travel Awards, celebrated at Centara Grand, Bangkok, where Hertz was commemorated for being in the TTG Travel Hall of Fame. Only outstanding organisations that have won their category for 10 or more consecutive years are honoured with the TTG Travel Hall of Fame.

Eoin Macneill, Vice President Asia Pacific, Hertz, said: "We're thrilled to continue to hold a place in TTG's Travel Hall of Fame and to be recognised for the third consecutive time as the Best Car Rental Company at the Travel Weekly Asia Readers' Choice Awards. On behalf of Hertz, I would like to thank everyone who voted and our staff, who strive to deliver a world-class service day after day.

"Hertz is always looking to ensure its service is the best in the business and these accolades reaffirm our position as the leading car rental operator in the region. The two achievements only continue to drive us further to ensure we stay ahead of the competition by constantly improving our products and services."

The TTG Travel Hall of Fame and Travel Weekly Reader's Choice Awards are renowned for acknowledging excellent organisations and their contributions to the travel industry across Asia-Pacific. The award categories are voted for by the TTG and Travel Weekly membership base.
