Photo Release: THAI Launches Special Assistance Services for Monks and Disabled Passengers

Mrs. Usanee Sangsingkeo, Acting President, Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI), presided over the launch of THAI special assistance services for monks and disabled passengers that took place at THAI's Head Office. Present at the opening ceremony were Mr. Kritsana Lalai, President of Friendly Design for All Foundation, Mr. Pattaya Tadtong, Captain of Thailand National Boccia Team, Ms. Saisunee Jana, Member of Thailand National Wheelchair Fencing Team, and Ms. Nitcharee Peneakchanasak, Happiness Observer at The World Medical Hospital.

THAI, as the national carrier, is dedicated to continually develop the service ring in all classes of service, in an effort to improve its products and services for maximum passenger comfort. Monks and passengers travelling with wheelchairs will receive special assistance services from the beginning of their journey to their final destination, such as at reservation and ticketing counters, special check-in counter, priority boarding lane, as well as ground and inflight assistance.
