Pioneering developer draws impressive numbers of visitors to lifestyle community for over 50s – Sunplay Bangsaray
More than 150 groups visited Sunplay Bangsaray during the recent Open House weekend to learn more about the project

From 9-11 December, pioneering active luxury lifestyle developer, Sunplay Asia, welcomed owners, buyers, agents and interested visitors to the Sunplay Visitor Centre, located 25kms south of Pattaya at the Sunplay Bangsaray development.

The Open House event attracted more than 150 groups over the 3-day period, who experienced the development and learned about the world-class property and facilities on offer.

Sunplay Asia's Managing Director, Chris Delaney, reported strong interest from buyers throughout the weekend event, bolstered by the huge investments being made into the area as part of the Thai government's Eastern Economic Corridor initiatives.

"Thanks to major infrastructure upgrades and plans to increase direct flight destinations from U-Tapao airport, interest in this part of Thailand is gathering momentum, both in terms of business and real estate investment," said Mr. Delaney.

"Sunplay Bangsaray is a compelling proposition thanks to its location, but also because of the world-class facilities and attractive lifestyle offerings we have created. Capital appreciation is practically guaranteed when such a development is located just 20 minutes' drive from an expanding international airport," he added.

Sunplay Bansaray is set on a 175 rai (28-hectares) countryside estate with panoramic views of the ocean.

Set within a 175 rai (28-hectare) gated parkland estate Sunplay Bangsaray offers a luxury community designed specifically for the over 50's, comprising 70 luxurious condominiums, 50 spacious pool villas and a select number of bespoke luxury residences. The development also features the Sunplay Club, an exclusive private clubhouse featuring restaurants, bars, a swimming pool, fitness facilities and a tennis court.

"Construction has started on all three phases and is progressing on schedule. We have met many buyers in the last few days who see a unique opportunity to be part of an active lifestyle concept that is creating a new sector for Thailand's luxury real estate market," said Mr. Delaney.

Visitors to the Sunplay Open House event also benefited from special offers with prices starting from 9 Million Thai baht as well as other incentives such as an exclusive Furniture Voucher valued up to 500,000 baht from Quattro Design, plus a selection of special gifts. Additional discounts and offers will be available to buyers in February to celebrate Chinese New Year.
