Bangkok--1 Aug--Museflower Retreat & Spa Chiang Rai
Are you looking for a way to express yourself, find your creative voice or bring out ideas inside you? We all have stories inside us and sometimes don't know how to express them.

This October 11 – 16, 2018 Museflower Retreat & Spa Chiang Rai is hosting Soul Bliss, a meditation and creative writing course with a unique way to access your inner voice, get in touch with your imagination, and help release writer's block.

"In the Soul Bliss Retreat we approach writing from the intuition", says Sarah Walton, who is co-facilitating the retreat with Museflower Retreat founder Tania Ho. "You can learn to access the imagination using meditation techniques that allow the writer to enter into the stillness required for story to flow".

Sarah has a PhD in Creative Writing from the University of Hull in the UK, where she taught creative writing to undergraduates. She developed an approach to writing that combines meditation and free-writing techniques that help you access the intuition, and teaches this course that works for beginners as well as writers experiencing "writers' block".

Says Sarah, "The state of the brain in meditation is very close to the state when a writer is "in flow." From that still place it is easier to access the intuition and the imagination, both of which we require to write".

This technique allows writers to learn to tune into their five senses - sight, touch, hearing, smell, taste - as well as the sixth sense of the intuition to write engaging and compelling story that taps into the imagination and comes from the inner voice.

"I went to the Soul Bliss Retreat at Museflower Retreat Chiang Rai last year," says Jennifer Ophir, from the US. "I knew this course was for creative writing, but I went for a different reason: I was hoping to reach deeper into my soul when journaling for myself. Not only did I get that instruction, but Sarah helped me manifest the beginnings of a book that I just thought was a wish/dream/fantasy. She has such a gentle way of guiding your spirit, using meditation, creative drawing, and tapping into your five senses (there is a sixth sense too! She'll tell you all about it!) The retreat was a beautiful gift coming from a really beautiful person. I gained so much more than I thought I could and this experience with Sarah and Tania, Museflower Spa founder, has ushered in a new way of thinking of what I can accomplish and how to tap into my soul to achieve it!"

The retreat is open to writers of all levels. Beginners who have never written a story before can experience how easy it is to tap into their imagination and put those ideas on the page. Professional writers experiencing "writers' block" can find the same techniques help to get the writing process moving again, and reconnect to their inner flow.

5 nights accommodation with 3 lacto-ovo vegetarian meals / day
Retreat program including soul writing workshops, soul guidance circle, and meditation
