THAI Signs MOU with Black Tie Service Company Limited

Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI) entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Black Tie Service Company Limited to provide limousine services as well as Meet and Assist services to THAI customers to and from the airport. Mrs. Pariya Chulkaratana, THAI Vice President, e-Commerce and Ancillary Marketing, and Miss Kanokporn Na Ranong, Founder and CEO of Black Tie Service Company Limited, signed the MOU at The Bangkok Club Sathorn on the 28th Floor.

Mrs. Pariya Chulkaratana, THAI Vice President, e-Commerce and Ancillary Marketing, said that THAI as the national carrier of Thailand is focused on continually improving and developing various services to make travel more convenient throughout the journey, ranging from reservations, ticketing, airport services, inflight services, through to arrival at the final destination. THAI, in cooperation with Black Tie Service, is pleased to introduce airport limousine services to and from the airport as well as Meet and Assist services. Black Tie Service is a world class, luxury service that is safe, on time, and trustworthy. Furthermore, Black Tie Service takes care of luxury class customers who are THAI corporate clients, which makes THAI confident that Black Tie Service will be able to satisfy its customers.

Miss Kanokporn Na Ranong, Founder and CEO of Black Tie Service Company Limited, said that Black Tie Service has always served premium customers in Thailand, using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to create brand loyalty and offers lifestyle concierge service to luxury corporate customers in Thailand and overseas, especially those in private banking, luxury car, insurance, investment banking, department stores, real estate, and airlines. THAI is now relying on Black Tie to provide limousine service for passengers traveling international flights who require first class experience. Customers who choose to use the limousine service from their home to Suvarnabhumi Airport or vice versa will receive fast track check-in service for flight departures and arrivals, which is based on the concept "Experience that money cannot buy."
