THAI Confirms Its Four ASEAN Destinations Remain Open

Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI) refutes news reports and confirms that its four ASEAN destinations that serve Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, and Myanmar, remain open.

Mr. Sumeth Damrongchaitham, THAI President, said that there is no truth to news reports that THAI will cease operating flights to four ASEAN destinations. As the Company is preparing its annual corporate strategy, a thorough analysis must be conducted on all routes based on current market conditions. At present, the Company has not made changes to any of its routes and there are no plans to cease flight operations.
