RegScan, Inc. proudly introduces a major systems upgrade that allows users to access the RegScan One user interface in several languages, including French, Spanish and German and Portuguese.

Users will be able to set their default location and language to their home country. It no longer matters where they are located, because they can access RegScan systems and content in the local language. Additionally, a sleek new look and improved navigation will make the system even more user-friendly.

"Along with our market-leading research, alert and audit tools, we are very pleased that we can now offer a one-stop platform for multinational operations," said Ned Ertel, President and C.E.O. of RegScan. "With streamlined multilingual access and a central repository for all their global requirements, our clients can work even more efficiently."

With a dedicated staff of experts in three U.S. states and Washington D.C., and an ever-growing network of in-country resources, RegScan can always be counted on as a trusted resource to provide up-to-date regulatory information from every corner of the globe.

Instead of managing separate systems for facilities in each jurisdiction, users of RegScan One tools can access all their legal registers and audit protocols on a singular system – most likely on the online environmental management system they are currently using. If done properly, streamlining these processes can provide a near-immediate return on investment.

The RegScan One system allows users to determine which regulations apply, build their own legal registers and audit protocols, and monitor compliance anywhere in the world. It works exactly the same way no matter where you are, from Budapest to Berlin to Boston. Information may be accessed through the RegScan One interface, or via web services on any online EMIS system.

RegScan One users can create custom legal registers and audit protocols for more than 140 jurisdictions in the Americas, Europe, Africa, Asia and Oceana. Through the Applicability feature, they can easily filter out the requirements that don't apply to them. Once a custom legal register or audit protocol is exported to the My WatchList monitoring service, it will automatically flag the changes.
