Also joined the ceremony were, Dr. Somyos Anantaprayoon (2nd right), Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Executive Committee, Hemaraj Land And Development Plc. Ms. Jareeporn Anantaprayoon (1st right), Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Vice Chairman of the Executive Committee, Hemaraj Land And Development Plc and senior executives from both companies.

Bowin Clean Energy Power Plant (BWCE), is a joint venture between Bowin Clean Energy Limited and Hemaraj Energy Limited, an subsidiary of Hemaraj Land and Development Plc. BWCE is a combined cycle cogeneration power plant is Located in at Hemaraj Chonburi Industrial Estate, with total capacity of 132 megawatts. BWCE will supply electricity to the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT) 90 megawatts under 25-years Power Purchase Agreement. The remaining electrical capacity and steam will be supplied to industrial users in industrial estate.
