Mr Chaiyaporn?Ratanachetkul, General Manager of Bosch Power Tools Division at Robert Bosch?Limited, the world market?leader?for professional electric?power tools and power tool accessories, said that Thailand is an important market for Bosch, as the country with the highest sale volume in Southeast Asia. In 2014, Bosch’s sale revenue in Thailand was 9.4 billion baht (217 million euros). Distribution channels include major retailers, one of which is HomePro. To celebrate two decades of great partnership between Bosch and HomePro, and to thank the customers for trusting Bosch, the two companies are organizing activities and promotions in the power tools group for HomePro customers nationwide, starting this June.

“In 2014, Bosch power tools generated sales of 4.2 billion euros, and grew in all region and business segments, particularly in Asia Pacific Bosch power tools grew 7%. An important factor that keeps Bosch at the top of the power tools industry is that our brand constantly creates new innovations to offer convenience and safety to our users. Last year, 35% of our power tools sale came from new products. For 2015, we will continue to grow, thanks to our new markets such as DIY market and industrial market,” Mr Chaiyaporn said.

Bosch’s performance in the first half of the year met the target, thanks to its proactive marketing strategies with its partners, as well as multiple trade and e-commerce outlets, which have been doing well over the past few years. Meanwhile, its highlight products include rotary hammer, which is its bestseller, and wireless products, which grew by 151% in the first half of the year.

For this campaign, Bosch launches its new innovation - Wireless Charging System, which allows user to charge their tools anytime without having to remove the battery. Another innovation is 100m GLM 100C?Professional?laser measure, Bosch’s first laser measure which is compatible with tablet, synched via Bluetooth and Bosch’s free application. And, Bosch GLM 40, the latest and the most compact professional laser measure for any jobsite. Customers can also enjoy discounts on GSR Bitdrive, GSR 1000, Skil 6220, and AQT33-11 high-pressure washer at HomePro nationwide.

Ms Sannipa Swangpuen, Senior Vice President Merchandising - Hard Line, Home Products Center Public Company Limited, said that HomePro is the leader of home materials and accessories, with 75 branches nationwide. To respond to the customer’s needs and increase distribution channels, HomePro and Bosch have always been great partners.
