For the towering office building, it is designed to look modern and airy inspired by an Iceberg shape. Each floor offers a subtle change of orientation through its innovative design structure. It creates different views for the people on the office building. Furthermore, there are a curtain wall and column-free for outside panorama view.
The building has 2 storeys of retail space, 14 storeys of luxury office space and a rooftop. The elegant white marble decorative wall adds a unique concept to its interior design. The ceiling of the luxurious dome lobby measures up to be 10-meter high with a floor to ceiling curtain wall and a large glass wall around the building, allowing natural light to be found in every corner of the column-free interior, allowing flexibility in planning office space. Each floor has a ceiling height of 3.30 meters which is the highest among office buildings in Bangkok. The outside landscape is a French formal garden with a fountain. This was inspired by the gardens of the Palace of Versailles, giving tenants’ a sense of sophistication and uniqueness.
