The completed SUMMER Lasalle project will consist of 3 areas including office campus, community mall and hotel. Each campus will have four 3-storey office buildings with a total area of ??approximately 1,600 sq.m. each and a total rentable area of 43,000 sq.m. SUMMER Lasalle will provide parking garages that supports over 1,400 cars. Elevators will be provided in every building in the campus as well as its own reception and security center. There is also a two kilometer jogging track inside the campus and SUMMER Lasalle will also provide free bicycles to ride within the campus and shuttles buses to the nearest BTS stations.
The first phase of the project is expected to be completed by Q2/2018. BHIRAJ BURI GROUP forecasts that SUMMER Lasalle will be completed within 3-5 years.
