AP Thailand launches nationwide EV charging network building on partnership with BMW Thailand and GLT to build green society of the future

- Joins forces with ChargeNow partners BMW Thailand-GLT-Central Group to link together public charging stations for all brands into Thailand's most convenient and comprehensive charging network

- Improves living quality of AP homeowners with AP Charging Pods installed at six new condominium projects

- More convenience with application to locate more than 50 partner charging stations nationwide

AP (Thailand) Public Company Limited, the leader in the design of residential innovation for quality living of the future, is reinforcing one of its visions of combining technology with space design. Not only does it promote living quality but the company also pays attention to playing a part in building a quality society. The company has taken further steps with its ChargeNow alliance. Together with BMW Group Thailand, one of the world's automotive industry leaders, GLT Green Thailand, the No. 1 EV and plug-in hybrid charging technology company, and Central Group, Thailand's largest retail conglomerate, it has set out to build a green society using the expertise in their respected areas to drive the development and spark the popularity of electric vehicles in Thailand. AP Thailand will do so by installing AP Charging Pods at AP's newly completed condominiums. In the first phase, it will have charging PODs installed at six projects namely VITTORIO, RHYTHM Rangnam, RHYTHM Ekkamai, LIFE Pinklao, LIFE Asoke and LIFE Sukhumvit 48. AP homeowners will also get additional convenience from a nationwide ChargeNow network of more than 50 charging stations where they can find the location, fast and easy, through the application Greenlots or http://chargenow-th.greenlots.com/

ChargeNow currently covers over 65,000 public charging outlets for electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles in 27 countries around the world. In Thailand, ChargeNow stations will be displayed on through mobile application Greenlots which allows customers to see whether the charging station is free or in use this and all in one application making recharging the batteries of their vehicles easier, faster and more convenient.

ChargeNow will be open for pre-registration to any PHEV / EV owners of any make and model with AC Type 1 (SAE J1772) or Type 2 (IEC 62196) charging socket on http://chargenow-th-en.greenlots.com.
