Habitat Group injects Bt2.5 billion to create luxury brand condos Walden

The company is penetrating Bangkok's Central Business District (CBD) for the first time
by kicking off the ultra-luxury residence named "Walden Asoke".

Habitat Group has invested as much as 2.5 billion baht to build luxury condominiums under the "Walden" brand as it enters Bangkok's high-end central business district (CBD) for the first time. Called "Walden Asoke", the elite residential condominiums that can be bought for a profitable investment range in area from 31 to 65 square meters. With prices starting at 5.9 million baht and going to 11 million baht, Walden Asoke is targeted at expat groups such as Japanese and Chinese as well as property investors.
