The company is penetrating Bangkok's Central Business District (CBD) for the first time
by kicking off the ultra-luxury residence named "Walden Asoke".

Habitat Group has invested as much as 2.5 billion baht to build luxury condominiums under the "Walden" brand as it enters Bangkok's high-end central business district (CBD) for the first time. Called "Walden Asoke", the elite residential condominiums that can be bought for a profitable investment range in area from 31 to 65 square meters. With prices starting at 5.9 million baht and going to 11 million baht, Walden Asoke is targeted at expat groups such as Japanese and Chinese as well as property investors. All can expect capital gains of up to 6-10% per year, with returns on rent being 4-6% each year. Habitat Group is completely confident "Walden Asoke" will receive great feedback at pre-sales.

Mr. Chanin Vanijwongse, Chief Executive Officer of Habitat Group, one of Thailand's leaders in premium property development for investment said "Habitat Group is spearheading Walden Asoke under the innovative Walden brand as it makes its debut in Bangkok's luxury condominium market by injecting 2.5 billion baht into the project. 'Walden Asoke', a premium condominium for residence and investment, comprises 83 units in a low-rise building of seven floors, which is situated on Sukhumvit Soi 23 – only 700 meters from the Asoke BTS Station and Sukhumvit MRT station. What make this location more strategic is that dwellers can link their city journey with the Airport Rail Link, which makes travelling in the capital of Bangkok and its suburbs convenient and fast. Walden Asoke has seven different styles to choose from, with areas varying from 31-65 square meters. Habitat Group plans to commence construction in the fourth quarter of 2018 and expects to complete the project in mid-2020. Prices range from 5.9 million baht to 11 million baht," he said.

The design concept reflects modernity yet features the full aura of nature through the use of rustic materials such as stone and wood as well as lush green trees rising from the ground to the top floor. The long, wooden walkway leads to a spacious area, which provides a feeling of liberty and escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Each room is designed elegantly and differently, with distinctive functions to meet all dwelling styles.

For instance, ceiling levels have been increased to make the rooms feel airy and spacious while providing a grandiose environment. A peaceful garden corner is included as a private resting zone. The rooms are designed for practical, contrasting functions of living to suit perfection – such as a living room, bedroom, kitchen and even a 'work space'. The size of each room can be adjusted according to the owner's desire. Walden Asoke will also be adorned with modern furniture from high-quality brands.

The project is fully equipped with amenities, such as a fitness center, library, a barbeque family corner, a linking children's playground, a hot as well as cold swimming pool, a recreational garden, a 'Vichy' corner – water treatment to fully relax your body and mind in the Zen way – plus an automatic car parking system that saves you time when you need to park your vehicle.

Walden Asoke also offers a special 'Walden Privilege' service, a genius and innovative tablet for convenient supermarket shopping in which your groceries are delivered to your doorstep; you can also avail of a maid service to clean your living quarters, order food or pay bills – all by just a touch of the finger.

"Walden Asoke is Habitat Group's first top-end condominium project in Bangkok after the group established its beachhead in Pattaya more than five years ago. This time Habitat Group is making the 'golden location' of Asoke its 'beachhead' in Bangkok's central business district of Sukhumvit that drives the country's economy. The location is excellent in terms of ease of travel throughout Bangkok while operating a business, carrying out trading in an office building, opening a retail outlet or going in for a 'mixed-use' service to cater to a growing economy, including developing real estate in the CBD which is seeing continuous demand."

"Asoke, after all, is suitable not only for residential purposes but is also a golden location because it has all the important factors – embassies, five star hotels, office buildings and leading department stores, tourism attractions, entertainment venues, popular Thai and international educational institutes, several leading hospitals and more."

"We can witness the on-going development of office and residential buildings, including other facilities that cater to a quality city lifestyle. All this makes Asoke the location that attracts endless development,'' Mr Chanin pointed out.

Asoke has high potential both in terms of renting and long term holding due to fresh demands from Thais and foreigners, especially Japanese and Chinese, who relocate from their countries to work in branch offices here and, together with real estate investors, make up 70-80% of people occupying the area. This is Habitat's major target group. A survey of condominiums in Asoke found that they enjoy capital gains of 6-10% per year and receive about 4-6% returns on rents per year.

"Walden Asoke is a luxury condominium project suitable for people who want to live in the area of fastest and most convenient ways to get around Bangkok including close to office buildings equipped with a variety of facilities and public utilities. It is an attractive project for real estate investment. In this regards, Habitat Hospitality Co., Ltd. – a company under Habitat Group – has professional teams to provide investors with consultancy on rental management to assure them that they will get suitable returns on their investment and the maximum benefits. With the high potential of the location, Habitat Group is confident Walden Asoke can attract buyers and investors and definitely provide a short- or long-term return on investment." Mr Chanin concluded.

Habitat group will organize a Walden Asoke presale on March 24 and 25 at Pullman Sukhumvit Hotel for customers interested in visiting the project and getting more details. Or you can visit the website www.habitatgroup.co.th
