- Hemaraj Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate 3 (HESIE 3)
- Hemaraj Rayong 36 Industrial Estate
These 9 Hemaraj industrial estates will play an instrumental role in the development of the project's 10 targeted S-Curve industries, in particular Aviation & Logistics, Next-generation Automotive, Automation & Robotics, Smart Electronics, Biofuels and Biochemicals, and Digital.
