AP (Thailand) Public Co., Ltd., the leader in residential innovation which caters to every lifestyle of urbanites, led by Mr. Vittakarn Chandavimol, Chief Corporate Strategy and Creation, recently led the company's condominium design and development team on a study trip to Japan after AP teamed up with Japanese partner Mitsubishi Jisho Residence (a company in the Mitsubishi Estate Group – MECG) to build on specialized knowhow and harness Japan's successful housing innovation in Thailand. The company is preparing to design condominiums of the future with the 'Intergenerational Living' concept which seeks to make all generations happy by unifying their differences through three core ideas – Rethink Space, Redefine Living and Remodel Community. The next generation of condominiums by AP will be distinguished by their city-centre locations near Bangkok's mass rapid transit lines. The target set is for a pilot project to be launched in 2020 in the Sathorn-Taksin area, only five minutes away from Wutthakat skytrain station.
