Premiere Home Health Care Co., Ltd., under the Thonburi Healthcare Group (THG), today launched "Thonburi Health Village Pracha Uthit", its latest residential project with integrated healthcare services. The project is valued at THB 849 million. Positioned as a new affordable health and residential brand, Thonburi Health Village is designed to bring "healthy and happy living" experience to customers.

Located in Pracha Uthit area on the west of Bangkok, the condominium project was designed to support life-long living, backed up by advanced safety technology. It also comprises a Wellness Center providing preventive healthcare services customised to individual resident's physical, emotional and mental conditions. With price starting from 2 million baht, the project is affordable, especially for single and married professionals without children as well as retirees. The project is ready to move in by early 2019.

Dr. Boon Vanasin, M.D., Chairman of Thonburi Healthcare Group Public Company Limited, said, "When Thailand becomes an aged society, we have to be prepared for the changing population structure. We will see more senior professionals and retirees, who will be the country's key driers of economic and social development. It is therefore important for us to prepare to the new "living" style. Of course, preparing well for retirement living is not just for retirees but for anyone aged over 40 years. This group of population, called "sandwich generation", has the responsibility to take care of their parents and also their children. They have to build life security by having good health, a life-long residence now."

"THG understands this and initiated the Thonburi Health Village Pracha Uthit" project for "healthy and happy living". The project is valued at THB 849 million. Based on our commitment to promoting the betterment of Thai people, we have brought our over 40 years of experience in excellent yet affordable medical and healthcare services into this residential community or the "Active Wellness Society" with integrated healthcare services that covers both prevention and cure for bettering physical and mental health. Under this concept, modern and traditional medicine and technology are combined and seamlessly integrated into daily living. This will reduce long-term healthcare costs because living in a residential project with full facilities to support daily healthcare and all physical conditions is self-sustained. Residents do not have to travel out of the project for important services they need in daily living. More importantly, our project supports different lifestyles and physical conditions of people of all ages," he added.

Thonburi Health Village Pracha Uthit is located in Pracha Uthit 62/1 Road, close to MRT Purple Line Extension (Bangsue-Ratchaburana)'s Pracha Uthit Station and Bang Pakok Station. It can be accessed from Suksawat Road, Rama 2 Road and Phutthabucha Road.

The project comprises two 11-storey condominium buildings, each housing 206 units, totaling 412 units. Two sizes of units available are 32 sq.m. and 64 sq.m. and with price starting from 1.9 million baht. The project will be completed and ready for owners to move in by early 2019.

Based on Universal Design principle, the project is ideal for anyone at all ages and physical condition. Hand rails were installed in units and around the project to assist people with walking difficulty. Wheelchair ramp, non-slip floor, Emergency Call system, emergency alarm with 24-hour staff on duty, first aid/CPR tools, and ambulance services are standard in all area.

On the outside, green area, trees and nice garden surrounding the buildings provided a relaxing atmosphere.

Other facilities, including a library, co-sharing space for activities and outdoor exercise area are designed to maximize the benefit from sunlight and ventilation. Trees that provide all-day shade also encourage the residents to go out and interact with their neighbors and others in this health conscious community. Well-trained staff members stand-by at different corners and CCTV around the project also ensure maximum safety.

The Wellness Center is designed to support preventive healthcare services which can be customized to individual customers, both residents and outsiders. The Wellness Center is an 8-story building. It houses a saline swimming pool where customers can enjoy aqua exercise class, fitness and personal trainer, massage service and spa, rehabilitation clinic, and retail stores. There are also activities to promote physical and mental health, such as brain exercise activities, activities in the library to promote life-long learning, and activities to promote physical flexibility, such as yoga, dance, aerobic, Tai Chi and special exercises designed for senior professionals and retirees. A major part of the center is the friendly services with human touch to create warm and homey atmosphere. Activities to promote interaction among residents and boost their social skills are, for example, cooking class, flower arrangement class, art therapy, music therapy and excursions.

Ms. Thitaree Yoovidhya, Chief Marketing Officer, Premiere Home Health Care Co., Ltd., added, "The success of our first project, Jin Wellbeing County, the first residential project for retirement, has inspired us to develop this idea further. Thonburi Health Village is, therefore, focused on senior professionals, both single and married without children, living in the west of Bangkok. This group has started to plan for their retirement and is health conscious. We also target retirees who are familiar with their community and do not want to move far from the place they have lived for their entire life. We also care for family with people in different generations living together. Our project in their neighborhood would give them a peace of mind and at the same time enhance their living with excellent yet affordable healthcare services. What we are doing is to combine quality of life with healthcare and affordable housing. We also have a plan to establish a rehabilitation hospital in the nearby area to make our project complete."
