Hishine Group, a specialist in worldwide real estate development for over 20 years, is ready to penetrate Thailand condominium market along the Sky Train (BTS) and Subway (MRT) lines in Bangkok in order to meet new-gen lifestyle with the convenience in traveling and its own "Luxurious Modern" style or luxurious facilities in the condos. We are also looking for other opportunities in other South East Asia countries as well."

At present, Hishine Development Group has invested over 22,500 Billion Baht in 4 real estate projects in Bangkok Metropolitan, which are Regal Condo Sathorn-Naradhiwas, Regal Bangna, Regal Srinakarin 40, and Regal Sukhumvit 76, in a whole area of 126 rais, with the indoor utilized space over 404,000 square meters. Moreover, Hishine has acquired around 100 rais of land in the east of Bangkok for future development. The construction of the said 4 projects has already started and the grand opening sale will be opened near the end of 2019. Recently, Regal Sathorn-Naradhiwas and Regal Bangna have already opened for pre-sale and the projects' sales volume achieved 40% and 20% respectively.

Regarding Regal Sukhumvit 76, it is a mixed-use project, including 8 residential buildings and 15,000 sqm shopping center, located between Bearing and Samrong sky train stations, worth over 16 Billion Baht. The project consists of 4,931 residential units, fully furnished with Hishine's "Luxurious Modern" style, and a 15,000 sqm shopping center on the total area of 18 rai in a perfect environment. The luxurious facilities in the project include a gigantic swimming pool, two pools on the roof, a jacuzzi pool, a large park, a sky garden, a library mixed with co-working space, a fitness center, a yoga room, a tennis court, a simulated cliff, etc. The location is full of potential and distinctive features, for example, closing to BTS line, surrounding with schools, hospitals, educational institutions, shopping malls, restaurants and so on, in order to accommodate new gen customers who need the convenience of traveling and require facilities to access and meet their lifestyle. The special price for today's visitors starts from 1.79 Million Baht.

Besides, in November 2019, Hishine will launch Regal Srinakarin 40 project; an 8-stories condo valued 1,200 MB, located in Soi Srinakarin 40, closed to the MRT yellow line. The project consists of various facilities, and just 400 m. far from Seacon Square Department Store, and 700 m. from Paradise Park Department Store. Hishine Group believes that Regal Srinakarin 40 will be another successful project that meets the customers' needs in Srinakarin area.

Mr. Chen added that "Although Hishine is a multinational company, but as a full-fledged expert from many countries, we emphasize on sustainable development in the area of environment, safety, innovation and technology. We are ready to work together with partners for sustainability in the real estate development industry and ready to develop and build comfortable residences to suit the well-being of Thai people. Although the housing market in Thailand is currently relatively stable or stable due to stricter regulations and higher interest rates, but there is still a huge demand in the country. And we still believe that there is no real estate bubble in Thai market because real demand is not speculativedemand for low-rise residential housing less than 3 million (US $ 97,150). This section is 70% of the market, according to the Housing Business Association (HBA), which is still a huge opportunity for Hishine to enter this market in 2019. We set our sales target of 3 billion baht and hope to increase 50% by 2020 to reach 4.5 billion baht target."
