Radisson Hotel Bangkok puts in BHT 2,300 million to actively Introduce huge quality project in Central Rama IX area.

Radisson Hotel Group has decided to put in BHT 2,300 million for a new      Green Ninth Project on Rama IX turning 18 rai area into biggest condominium project in the city Prime location of Rama IX coupled with unique concept to cater to target group whose lifestyle is city-oriented will be another quality project with 5 star hotel room service and facilities.  20% has been already booked.   The campaign  " One day one price – ownership for less than BHT        1 million"  while project grand opening in April 2006

Mr. Vathana  Paradorachai, deputy president of Radisson Hotel Group, discloses that 2006 is the year we plan to debut our real estate project after we have been in the hotel business for years. The real estate project on Rama IX by the name, "the Green Ninth Rama IX"  is the condominium project catering to new generation working group       who have city lifestyle and live in town area.  The project is located on 18 rai comprising of 9 8-storey building.  Utility space for each of the 1,550 units ranges from 25 to 75 square meters with a selling price between 1 to 3.6 BHT million.  Total project value is equivalent to BHT 2,300 million.

Mr. Vathana further states that the location is the unique selling point of the project.  On top of it, the low rise condominium design which allows transparency and space,         is another project highlight feature.  Supporting infrastructure including huge activity club, swimming pool, tennis court, garden and convenience stores, is another distinct feature of the project.  Hotel room service concept to be given to residents will be another Radisson's selling point which include cleaning, laundry, ironing services. Project marketing and sales has been authorized to Harrison PLC.  At present,
