Mr.Yanyong Phuangrach, Director General Department of Internal Trade, Ministry of Commerce and Carrefour premium hypermarket recently organized ‘Blue Flag Low Price – Back to School’, to ensure consumers fairness price on school uniform, school equipment and supply at Carrefour nationwide from now until May 15, 2008.
