HE Weerasak Kowsurat (3rd right), Minister of Tourism & Sports, together with Indian Ambassador to Thailand, HE Latha Reddy (2nd right), Tourism Authority of Thailand’s Deputy Governor for International Marketing, Juthaporn Rerngronasa (left), Ms. Pannin Kitiparaporn (2nd left), CEO of Siam Niramit and Mr. Danny McCafferty (right), General Manager of Dusit Thani Hotel welcomed International Indian Film Academy (IIFA)’s Honorable Brand Ambassador and icon of Indian cinema, Amitabh Bachchan (3rd left), at a press conference to announce that Bangkok would be the 9th venue of the prestigious IIFA Weekend 2008, which would take place during June 6 – 8, 2008 as well as hosting the world premiere of Sarkar Raj.
