Krungsri Auto Revs up on iAppraisal Innovation To Provide Used Car Dealer with Intelligent Car Price Estimation Service

Krungsri Auto, a leader in automotive finance under Bank of Ayudhya PCL, revealed that the innovation iAppraisal, used car price estimation service, has significantly speeded up services provided to customers and dealers and created a more seamless experience.The service was developed to streamline operational processes, to create a more convenient and faster internal system via tablets. This digital toolhas been implemented to transform the process of completing a used car price estimation form on paper document which had to be delivered to the branch into a simple system on tablets that allows vehicle information and photos to be shared within the organization for online credit assessment and approval anywhere anytime.

With the iAppraisal innovation, Krungsri Auto was recently awarded Thailand ICT Excellence Awards 2018 in the Core Process Improvement Project category on 29 March 2018 from Thailand Management Associations (TMA), in cooperation with Thailand's National Electronics and Computer Technology Center (NECTEC), Software Park Thailand and Thammasat University's College of Innovation (CITU). The award was given to recognize organizations with excellence in utilizing information and communications technology for effective business development.
