Our Chinese chef has come up with three exquisite recipes for this month's promotion – Deep-fried Tiger Prawns with Chinese Red Wine Sauce and Almonds, Stir-fried Tiger Prawns with BBQ sauce, and Baked Tiger Prawns with Szechuan Chili.
