Chef de cuisine Han Long Hua and his team are preparing a menu of river prawn dishes that includes baked river prawns with E-mee noodles, drunken river prawns with Chinese wolfberry herb, deep-fried river prawns with eggplant Hainan Island style, river prawn hot soup, and Singapore-style chilli river prawns.
Summer Palace has long been renowned for serving authentic Cantonese cuisine in a refined setting, and its menu ranges from dim sum lunches and an all-you-can-eat dim sum brunch at weekends, through to an à la carte of Cantonese delicacies and set meals for families and groups, and banquets for festive occasions. Ten private dining rooms are available for special occasions.
