Since the initial phase of the launch, the project received an overwhelming response with over 60 per cent of space leasing committed by leading logistics operators. This logistics park is set to uplift a whole new standard of logistics center operations at the Bangplee district where it will house some of the internationally renowned premium brands.

This property comprises three buildings with a total gross floor area ("GFA") of about 74,000 sqm. The logistics park is designed and built to adhere to FM Global standard and GMP compliance in order to serve leading logistics and distribution operators which required high-standard practices and Cold Chain facilities in the sectors of Food & Beverage, Consumer & Beauty Goods, Medical & Pharmaceutical.
FPIT has started the first phase out of the three phases with a large distribution center that comprises three LEED Gold certified units built under one roof, representing a gross floor area of 44,000 sqm. The entire development process of this logistics park, from design to construction, is aligned to green building policy to reduce environmental footprint while optimizing the well-being of the stakeholders. It is part of FPIT's initiatives to introduce sustainability concept to the building tenants and users as well as to protect the environment in the long term.
